A ship for space, made in space passes a planet. It's not a black hole, it's solid and capable of life. Designed for loading and unloading only, the ship approaches the rock without a dock. Shutters slam as gas begins to escape. The lack of a hiss as it disassembles under tidal forces is perpetuated by vacuum. Cannons pour out of the ports. Fire! Fire! Fire! and the planet doesn't move. The payloads fly off until you can't see them anymore, last seen over the ocean where they detonate without a trace. The ship can't beat the planet, it's not strong enough. It was never built to do that. Reactor ejection; slingshotting around the planet is the last remnants of the junk soon to be raining down.

Imagine I was an animal, what did you imagine? Did you imagine a dinosaur, a little kobold with feathers? Did you imagine a fox, a kitsune trickster spirit? Did you imagine a small little rabbit? Did you imagine a helpless little dog?
